Training Overview

Competition Team

Our competition teams are structured by age and performance. Regular water training and age-appropriate athletic training form the basis for athletic development.

Throughout the year, the teams participate in suitable competitions and championships. Training camps set additional focuses and strengthen the sense of community.

Getting Started in the Competition Team

  • Trial training after prior agreement with the responsible coaches
  • Recommendation from club training
  • Review during the club championships or in club training
