1971

Renovation of sanitary facilities for 17.000,-. A big thank you goes to Karl Otto, who personally and with his materials contributed particularly, the result was 2.400 hours of self-employment.

1972

Anniversary according to the cash book 3.700 DM, with 35.250 assets

1973

Floor was laid, cost: 1273,-.

1976

Renovation of the facade, load-bearing structure and expansion renewed, concrete gutter for the drainage of rainwater, leaking roof over the ladies' wardrobe, repair of the roof edge and gutter (Burgauer, Zott, Herz, Pollok, Frieder, Gerhard …)

1980

The lounge area was redesigned, the heating system received a storage tank, the table tennis court was paved, the barbecue area was built, earthquake victims were housed

1984

The property was connected to the ring sewerage system and the sanitary building was built. The trainers saw the watersports area as a sensible symbiosis and used the site.
Otto Sigl organized the 1st SCW Triathlon on swimming pool on Wörthsee. On August 14, 75 active participants from leisure area Schlagenhofen swam to the SCW swimming pool, then they cycled three laps (Paradieswinkel, Hechendorf, Herrsching-Breitbrunn) in total 44 km and ran 7 km through the Grafenwald afterwards.
