Overnight Stay & Booking Rules

Registering an Overnight Stay

Groups of five or more must register in advance via our website. Spontaneous overnight stays must be registered with the site manager on arrival.

Overnight stays are generally free of charge for members. Young people may stay overnight only when accompanied by an adult member or legal guardian.

Members may reserve private events with overnight stays in advance. Groups with more than five guests (non-members) may use the clubhouse for overnight accommodation only as part of a booking.

Registrations and booking enquiries must be submitted exclusively via our website.

Fees for Private Events

The following fees apply when booking a private event:

• up to 15 people: €200 – reservation of half the dormitory
• up to 30 people: €300 
• up to 50 people: €450
• more than 50 people: €800 (maximum 100 people)

The fee includes the flat-rate guest charge from the day of the event until 12:00 noon the following day, as well as the reservation of sleeping places for the number of people booked.

All other rooms and facilities in the clubhouse cannot be booked exclusively and remain available to all members.

Sleeping places are allocated in the order in which booking enquiries or registrations are received.

Keys

Members can obtain their own key to the clubhouse. A key fee of €15 per year is charged.

If you do not have your own key, a key can be arranged through the club office for a booked event. Collection must be agreed with the club office in advance.

General Rules

• Overnight stays are only permitted in the sleeping area.
• A maximum of 30 people may stay overnight in the dormitory.
• Guests must bring and use their own bed sheets and sleeping bags.
• Food and drinks may not be brought into the sleeping areas.
• The sleeping area must not be entered with street shoes.
• Music is not permitted outdoors.
• Dogs are not permitted on the club grounds.
• The dormitory must be vacated, vacuumed and left clean by 12:00 noon the following day.
• All rooms and areas used must be completely tidied and cleaned after the event. This expressly includes the kitchen and all sanitary areas and toilets. Floors must be vacuumed or swept and then mopped.
• All work surfaces, appliances and kitchen utensils used in the kitchen must be cleaned. All items must then be returned to their designated place.
• The sanitary areas and toilets must be left clean and hygienic.
• Cleaning of the rooms used, the kitchen and the sanitary areas must be completed by 10:00 a.m. the following day.
• Waste cannot be disposed of on the property and must be taken away in full.
• If cleaning is not carried out properly, a cleaning fee based on the actual work required will be charged, with a minimum fee of €200.
• For clubhouse bookings, the premises are inspected by the Wörthsee team or a person appointed by them. The inspection may also be conducted by video.
